Find Freedom From Anxiety

Living with anxiety can feel like carrying a constant weight that drains your energy and joy. Everyday tasks become overwhelming, with thoughts racing and an unshakable sense of fear or dread. You might experience physical symptoms like tension, headaches, or a rapid heartbeat. Anxiety doesn’t just affect your mind—it disrupts your sleep, relationships, and overall quality of life.

Left untreated, anxiety often worsens. It can lead to avoidance behaviours, isolating you from social situations and opportunities. Over time, it can cause chronic stress, depression, or even physical health problems like digestive issues or high blood pressure. Without the right support, anxiety becomes deeply ingrained, making it harder to break free from the cycle of worry and fear. The good news is, it doesn’t have to be this way.

Treating Anxiety with Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy work together to offer a powerful solution for anxiety. Clinical Hypnotherapy helps you access your subconscious mind, where deep-rooted fears and triggers are stored. In this relaxed state, you're more open to positive suggestions that help shift negative thought patterns and ease physical symptoms of anxiety, such as tension and panic.

Strategic Psychotherapy builds on this by adding a structured, solution-focused approach. By targeting the specific triggers that fuel your anxiety, it equips you with practical strategies to manage stress in the moment and change the way you respond to anxious thoughts long-term. This combined method not only calms the mind but also empowers you to confront and resolve the underlying issues contributing to your anxiety.

Together, these therapies provide lasting relief, allowing you to regain control, feel more grounded, and approach life with a sense of calm and confidence. Through my tailored, evidence-based treatment, you’ll experience a reduction in anxiety symptoms, improved focus, and greater emotional resilience.

Sessions last for 60 minutes. This gives me time to treat both the mind and the body. The first session lasts for 90 minutes. All other sessions are 60 minutes each.) Beginning: Typically, each session begins with a discussion of what’s happened since your last session. This gives us a clear idea of the progress you feel you’ve made and what areas we need to focus on. Middle: You’ll sit back, relax, and listen as you receive hypnotherapy (most clients’ favourite part of the session!). End: Finally, we’ll discuss what actions need to take place between this session and your next to ensure your healing continues.

10Can sessions be done online?
Hypnotherapy can be done either online or in person. Both forms are equally effective, so it’s really up to you. I’m located in Caulfield, Vic. Some people prefer online treatment because they don’t have to leave the comfort of their own homes. Others prefer to come in person because they’re more relaxed face-to-face and they don’t have to use video call technology.
