Mothers : Find the support you need here.
Mothers of addicted children carry a grief that is hard to explain. It is the grief of loving someone who is still alive, while watching them disappear into addiction, chaos, denial, or pain. It is fear, exhaustion, guilt, anger, hope, heartbreak, and helplessness all living in the same body.
This space is for mothers who know what it feels like to lie awake wondering where their child is, what they are doing, whether they are safe, and whether tomorrow will bring relief or another crisis.
It is also for mothers learning that love does not mean losing themselves. Their child’s addiction is not their failure, and their child’s choices are not proof that they did not love enough, try enough, sacrifice enough, or care enough.
Healing begins when a mother remembers that she matters too. She can love her child and still have boundaries. She can feel grief and still build peace. She can hope for recovery and still reclaim her own life.
This is a place for truth, support, strength, and compassion for mothers learning how to survive the pain of addiction without abandoning themselves.

Mothers getting the support they need via Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy
Psychotherapy and hypnotherapy can support mothers of addicted children by helping them calm the fear, guilt, grief, shame, and overwhelm that often comes with loving a child in addiction.
When your child is struggling, your nervous system can feel as though it is constantly waiting for the next crisis. You may overthink, check, rescue, blame yourself, or feel unable to rest because part of you is always on alert. Psychotherapy helps you understand these patterns with compassion. It gives you a safe space to speak honestly about the pain, anger, fear, helplessness, and exhaustion you may be carrying.
Hypnotherapy works at a deeper emotional level by helping the mind and body feel safer. It can support you to quieten the anxious thoughts, reduce emotional reactivity, strengthen boundaries, and begin releasing the belief that your child’s addiction is your fault.
Together, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy can help you come back to yourself. You can learn the difference between loving and rescuing, caring and controlling, supporting and self-abandoning.
This work is not about giving up on your child. It is about no longer giving up on yourself.
You can love your child deeply and still protect your own peace. You can hold hope for their recovery and still rebuild your own life. You can move from crisis, guilt, and fear into steadiness, self-trust, emotional safety, and strength.
